I live in canada and both of these are not available anywhere I can find. If someone is selling them I will gladly pay shipping or even if you know where abouts to get one. The RS 15-1994 is not sold in the canadian radio shacks but they do have a strange looking 7 in 1 that has very long volume switches on it, I don't know which model this is though.
