I just took a new IPronto out of the box last week and have spent no less than 40 hours programming and learning, and now it is hung up on the blue Pronto screen with the IR symbol flashing. I called Phillips and they said to send it in for service. Great Answer! I can hit the channel + and Volume + after plugging in the battery and get to the setup screen but it still gets caught up after that. Any suggestions would be great.

I did and most were simple resets and battery pulls. A buddy told me to contine to hit the plus buttons at start up and go into that screen and than just resume. He said that sometimes after about 20 times it may work! Thanks for responding.

Got it! I unplugged the battery-plugged it back in hit the + on the channel and volume and went into the set up screen, hit resume. Repeated this literally about 25 times and the unit booted up! So much for Phillips saying to send it in for service.
