Has anyone else noticed that if you push a hard button while the EPG is open (it doesn't matter which one), then the EPG stops controlling channels until you exit back to the main screen and restart the EPG? This problem persists even after the new firmware download. So don't adjust the volume while you're trying to use the EPG!

not until you mentioned it:

you are right!

by the way- the Pronto web site says the editor upgrade will appear within a few days: wonder if they know about this latest problem with the EPG

How bazaar....(and great observation) I've been wondering why the EPG fails me sometimes and sure enough...I just tried it and that happens on my unit as well. Weird glitch.
