Well I've updated my firmware and that was fine, then I updated the programing software, and lost the ability to lable my buttons! I haven't down loaded to the remote sence then for fear of screwing everything up. I know from experience that it can be a while before I can get back online. Any isight to this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brent,

never heard about such a problem, so sorry!

You cannot label your buttons in iProntoEdit? Or you cannot learn your buttons?

You can download the information any time from iPronto into iPronto Edit to play with. Save it using a different filename (I do it any time because I had a corrupt file once).

Only the upload TO iPronto can "damage" the configuration, however, damage means here: logical problems. You can upload it again if you experience problems ....

Sorry, I still don't get your problem .... :-)

Best regards,

Kalle
