Im not sure why I would want an MMC card...please help......

You don't need a MMC card. The only purpose is to store your .icf config file. Also: Only a few MMC cards on the market will work in the iPronto :-(

well i thought i read somewhere you could store photos and use the mmc option for alot of things...

Nope - no photos, only the config file of the iPronto (*.icf file) can be loaded to the MMC card.

Oh, I don't have a MMC card (for what reason?).
But please search this forum for "mmc" and you should find some answers.
