Hi,

I just got an iPronto yesterday and I'd like to know how long for the registration to take effect? I registered over 24 hours ago, made sure the email address is correct. I even had the system to resend my username/password, got that email but not the original one I suppose to validate the email.

The remote comes with 1.9.5 firmware, is this the latest version?

Thanks for your help,

Simon

Hmm, this is odd. I still get no email from Philips over a day now. I just registered again using different username, I'll see how it goes. I did make sure the email address I entered is valid though.

Thanks,
Simon

And yes, 1.9.5 is the latest version.

Good luck with the registration

I ended up going through the iPronto browser and it seems to work. I must have about 10 different usernames with the site now :)

For the guide download, do I need to refresh the activation key every once in a while? There was a date about mid November but it might just be the latest date I need to enter to the remote, or else I need to reactivate again?

Thanks,
Simon

I've had mine for well over a year now, and never had to reactivate it!
