Does anyone know if it is possible to integrate a ipronto and an older pronto together to control your home audio equiptment.

They both have diffent extenders (ipronto is wifi to IR), older prontos are RF to IR.

Would you need to have both the extenders for each remote or can the IR signals be shared somehow?

Thanks - Eric

I use both in my system, but I don't use any form of extender for my old Pronto, just NetX for my iPronto. But I believe you would need two extenders if you wanted to use both remotes out of line of sight of your equipment.

use rf extender for color or b&w pronto; use ntx for ipronto. "rf extender" does not work on ipronto - only ntx unit does!

Thanks. Amazing they would not make one unit integrate together. I think it would allow Philips to sell more remotes.
