tried the whole day to get the netx to connect to ipronto and it doesnt work!
followed everything according to the two lines that was printed on the manual, and when i press apply at the configuration page it closes my netx connection and the detect page shows nothing.
tried dhcp, tried allocating different ip addresses and still no answer.

any suggestions?

Hi,

the NetX must bei in "config mode" - there is a tiny button used with a pencil on the back. Then the light of the NetX must change (see manual).

I tried it three times until it worked .... but it worked :-)

Do you "see" a NetX in the iPronto config screen?

Best regards,

Kalle

am curious how you did it. i got it communicating as well, but it is a strange method involving pluggin out the power and pressing the configuration at the same time. am pretty sure this is not the proper way of doing it.

The NetX can get confused if things go wrong during its configuration. Try resetting it to the factory settings by pressing and holding its Config button for 10 seconds. Then try again. In busy Wi-Fi networks it may help to shutdown other Wi-Fi devices during config. Also be sure to have the NetX physically close to the iPronto as it communicates directly with it - NOT via the Wi-Fi Access Point - during the config operation. (After config it does revert to comms via the WAP)
