Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a Philips iPronto RU1000 and have the following problem:

I pressed the "Update" button - although my Wireless network yet does not function correctly. Now I do not come any longer out from the iPronto update program. What can I do? Also the "Reset" button does not use anything.

Thank you for your help and apology for my bad English.

Yours sincerely

Marcus,

Check the following FAQ page at:

[Link: pronto.philips.com]

You will find different options to restore your iPronto to factory defaults.
