How do I get an answer from Philips tech support? I have filled in the web tech support form, days ago, and get no answer. They just say "thanks for the feedback" - some technical support.

Takes some time, for me about 4 days but they do reply.
Busy time with new firmware out i guess.
Have you shared your issue here ?
