After three weeks of trying to get this iPronto to work I have decided to abandon it. There is no way I can feel comfortable turning this remote over to the home owner and telling them that it is a useable devise. I am going to use the remote that I know works flawlessly everytimel, the Marantz RC9200. When set up right this is IMHO the best remote on the market.

I did the same thing- and ended up selling my iPronto at a loss

usually I am an early adopter of new electronic toys like this but this experience will make me think twice: particularly if it is made by Phillips-

they have misrepresented what the iPronto can do and they have to be aware of its major problems
