Hope someone can help me with this. I have programed ir codes into my layout, all buttons work properly. When I create a button to go to a specific 3-digit channel I use the "link to" command to get there. Only problem is that any more than 1 link to command on the device action page and my ipronto locks up. It works fine with only one link, but not multiples. Any advice ??????

Have you put delays in between the digits? Because I'm the ipronto with delays and it works. One of the few things that work mind you. www.hvhomemedia.com

I just spent 3 days customizing my iPronto and most everything works so far except that i cannot get it to turn off now. I guess thats not too bad for such POS universal. If anyone has a solution I would sure appreciate it. I am concerned about how long it will last if it never turns off.

Re not turning off: sounds like you may not be running the latest firmware.

Re not turning off: sounds like you may not be running the latest firmware. Well I was running the latest firmware so I rebooted and the reloaded my icf without any other changes and now everything seems to be working fine. The only other problem I am having is that it is turning itself on durring the middle of the night for some reason.

EPG update. When it first happens it should have a message about it updating the EPG now, press OK or cancel.

I am experiencing this problem as well. In the watch portion of the tree, if you inbed a keypad on your first page channel logos execute perfectly so macros are possible in this manner but when attempting to link commands on the home page for activities such as "watch TV" it causes the remote to lock up. Interestingly, if I put a channel logo command on the home page and link it to the Sat keypad (three digit number plus enter with .2 sec delays) that seems to work fine, however, turning on and switching the system then jumping causes this lock up thing to happen! Very strange. If someone from Philips is reading this post, please contact me with info about a solution since I have several customers who wish to purchase the product and I will not sell it until I am confident about the resolution of this issue. I find it hard to believe that people are out there using this product and are not running into this same issue.
