I have a 659 that has a button that does not work. I tried to disassemble the remote to clean the contacts. Took out all the screws, but it was not obvious why it would not come apart. I didn't want to force it and end up doing damage. Is there anywhere online that has an exploded view of the remote or does it just pop apart after some prying? I found three screws to remove... is there something I'm missing? Thanx for any help!

There are actually 4 screws, 2 under the batteries & 2 near the front.

After you remove the four screws there are 6 latches. Three on each side. They are located at the widest points (4) and 2 at the narrowest point. Use a 1" putty knife at these points and push in on them to release the latch. I found this out the hard way.

One more thing. I tried to clean the contacts without any success.
I used a piece of the silver color duct tape (its peal and stick) and a small one hole punch that was the same size as the rubber contact to make the repair.
