I have a 880 harmony set up for my sytem however the button layout is not quite what my wife likes. So Purchased a 670 which has a better DVR button layout for her. When I switch my account to the 670 remote from the 880 I can not programthe 670. I get the following configuration errror.
HarmonyDevice::This key is already associated with an element of this collection(457)Context: HarmonyRemote=Harmony050
Any Ideas --
I assume there mismatch in Key layout in the data base some where.
Logitech customer support told me there would be no issue using the 'replace remote' command to change back and forth to allow programing of multiple remotes for the same device set up.
I have not got a reply back on this paticular error message yet.

Sounds like you have a key that was on the 880 but not the 670 and the software didn't fix it. Check the buttom customizations.

Yes, This is what I thought as well, The only key on the key on the 880 that does not exist on the 670 is the 'media' key which I had not programmed. The other differnces are 880 has 8 programable cutomized keys per selection the 670 has 6. The 670 has 3 direct access activities -- the 880 has none. The 670 uses a 'next' button to walk though the activities and/or customized buttons vs. a left right arrow on the 880. The 670 also offers a Picture and Sound mode to quickly set the keys to picture control or sound control from within an activity.
None of this points to a place to look for the issue -- I could walk though each activity and each device button set-ups to see if anything looks strange -- but I have 8 controlable devices and 13 activies.
I am also tempted to roll remote settings back to my old 520 then back to the 670 justto see if it clears up the issue. I may wait for Logitech response though.
