Hi, I have a harmony 785 remote that is absolutely brilliant, but I have recently brought a NAD 352 amp and having problems that I’m hoping some else might have experienced and know a fix to.

When I use the harmony remote to change the volume on the NAD amp, it jumps in big steps and either goes too loud or too quite. I have tried manually learning the volume functions off the original remote as well as the auto setup but both do the same thing.

Does anyone know what setting I should change to fix this issue.

Thanks

Ryan

Learn the commands in RAW mode and reduce the number of repeats.

thanks for that, tried that and have the same issue still, I will try contacting logitech failing that might have to goto another brand remote as this is a major issue for us considering the price of the speakers hooked up to this amp.

cheers!!
