I have a Logitech Harmony 670 universal remote. I also have a 4 year old son. Put the two together and now I'm missing one of the buttons on the remote. The button that is missing is one of the buttons on the right hand side of the screen, it's the lowest of the three buttons that is on the right hand side of the screen in the remote. It's simply a semi clear piece of plastic with a black dot on it.
Now that it is missing you can see the sensor (or whatever you would call it) that lies underneath of that button. I do use that button for some functions on the remote. As such I'd like to replace it. Any ideas on where I could buy a single button like that? I really don't want to give up that button function, and certainly don't want to buy another remote. Help!

First step would be to give tech support a call.

K, does anyone have the # by chance? Sorry, can't locate any of the paperwork or boxes that the device came in. By the way, will that give me problems with getting support?

Select "Troubleshooting" from the home page, then if you select "none of the above" for the problem options you will get an option to contact support by phone. The phone numbers are listed there.

Don't be so quick to blame your son. Harmony buttons have a bad habit of falling off. I've had three do it in the last couple of years. I'm a Harmony Dealer.
