I recently installed a new PC which runs on Windows Vista. Earlier today Harman Kardon gave me the bad news that they donot and probably will not issue a Vista version for the TC30 software.

So here I sit with a great remote that I cannot update!

I have lost my original disk so can someone tell me how to download the latest edition of the TC30's software? I'm thinking that it may by chance run on Vista. If needed I can provide proof that my TC30 is registered.

Next, does anyone have a suggestion about the best way to approach HK and Logitech about leaving TC30 owners out in the cold by not supporting Windows Vista?

On my Harmony login page, I see an "Important Update for Microsoft Windows Vista Users" link:

It basically say the following:
1. Go to http://www.logitech.com
2. Click Support & Downloads.
3. Click Downloads.
4. Select the "Universal Remotes'" option from the list of product downloads, and then select the model of your Harmony remote control. If your model cannot be found, simply select the closest option in the list.
5. Click Get Software.

As far as I can ascertain the TC30 will not work with any Harmony software.

You can purchase the software from the HK website. It is the same version as what you already have, but it works fine on MY vista PC. You may need to right-click the icon & configure it for XP Compatability more &/OR give it admin rights. If you can't find the disk still, and want to purchase it ($10.50), here's the link:
