Has anyone else had problems getting the RF to work on the Harmony 890 or 895 (europe version). I bought the 895 from Komplett and the remote only activated the extender via RF if it was within about 2ft of it. I returned it, Komplett agreed, and they replaced. The new one had the same problem so I've sent it back for a refund.
I've had Universal Remotes and their RF technology works flawlessly. The new Harmony remotes are really nicely laid out and would give Universal some competition if the RF worked. I'm going back to Universal but I was just curious if others have experienced the same problems I did with the 890 or 895.

It's a firmware problem that is fixed with a firmware update.
It's funny...the biggest complaint with URC remotes(apart from their crap new customer service policy) is poor RF performance...
