I replaced the batteries in my remote but the lcd screen is still blank,,,is there something that I need to do..like reboot the remote, reflash??? Please help,,,not quite sure why the screen suddenly went blank. Thank you

Are you sure the batteries are good? I'd try a new set just to be safe. If that doesn't work contact support.
