I replaced my DirecTV receiver with the DirecTV Plus DVR. I input all the new information, downloaded the latest software and can't update for some reason. The device manager recognizes the remote...I'm at a total loss. It just freezes at 10%. Been trying for 2 days. I want the Satellite activity to turn on my stereo receiver and TV. The old satellite receiver set-up worked fine. I've tried the troubleshooting to no avail. I can't find any technical support phone numbers to call either.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
