Hi everyone,
I purchased a Harmony 659, and although I loved the concept, I did not like the button placement, so I exchanged it for a 680. The software, however, is still looking for a 659, and I haven't found a way to change that. I searched the Harmony website and found nothing. Has anyone been able to do this, or do I just have to start from scratch with a new user name and enter all of my equipment again?

Did you try selecting "Connectivity check" from the home page?
I'm pretty sure that's how it's done.
