I would like to determine the sequence of commands when I turn on my HT system. I'd like the TV to go on first, so that I can see the TIVO activity and it starts up. Is it possible to control the sequence of commands in an activity?
I've also noticed that after updating the remote on the web, the Harmony is expecting my HT to be off, which is usually note the case. Anyway to fix this?

Not directly. Usually the device with the longest power-on delay will be turned on first to reduce the overall startup time, so you can play with that. Otherwise I think support can override the startup order for you.
Just hit Help and it will resync everything. Or if you're actually still in an activity, put your hand over the IR emitters and select the activity again.
