I have a Philips Pronto and now want to purchase a number of 880 remotes (7) for a home automation project I am doing.

What I want to be able to do is like the Pronto import graphics into a 880 say a ceiling fan, light and aircondition graphic and the set a page control of each of these devices. I would need to learn the commands from the other remotes.

In a few areas the remotes would not be required to do the above but also home theatre control so I see the 880 as a possible solution.

I would value your feedback and also your thoughts on how programmable the 880 is compared with the Pronto. How flexible is the 880?

Thanks,

Fleetz

Can't customize graphics other than favorite channels on the Harmony remotes yet, lots of people waiting for Logitech to add the feature. Until then you'd have to use text labels if still want to use Harmony. Programability in terms of of IR control is great, don't think you'd run into any limitations here.
