Ok so I just brought the 880 yesterday and configured it properly. The remote itself is great with only one problem. It seems some of the number buttons need to be pressed at a certain pressure for it to work. For example the number 1 and 7 buttons doesn't seem to respond well, I need to press it with a certain degree of pressure, while the rest of the buttons I can just click on it and it'll work fine. Is this a common issue with the Harmony 880 or do I have a lemon that needs to be return?

It sounds like an isolated issue. Do the buttons not click or do they click but you still have to push harder for them to work?
In either case, I'd get an RMA from Logitech. My 880 doesn't have this problem.
