Just bought the 880 and can't get it to turn on the TV. It controls my receiver and cable box but won't turn the TV on no matter what I do. I have the latest software and firmware. Tried troubleshooting through the website and used the old remote to "teach" the 880 the Power toggle but it won't take.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try the power commands in Device mode? There may be more than one in the database (might have power toggle plus power on/off). If none of them work in device mode, try learning them in RAW mode.
Once they work in device mode, go into the device and Adjust power settings and make sure it has the correct power buttons and modes.
