I got the silver 688 when they first came out; what's that been two or three years, now?
The buttons showed wear immediately and thru time have become unreadable - the printing is worn off most of them. This is inconvenient, at best, for those in the family that don't use it as much as I.
Has anyone figured out how to replace the buttons or print or stick something on the the silicone buttons?

Call support - I remember someone getting replacement buttons very cheaply.

Thanks. Gee, I guess I never thought that would happen. I was afraid to take the thing apart. I'll repart back.

$10 USD for the replacement pad. Took all of 5 minutes. They were SUPER! Best "support" experience I've had in years.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to put it in.
