First, make sure the list of inputs on the web page exactly matches the tv. Then try increasing the inter-device delay to slow down the signals.

Is it consistent (it always goes to the same wrong input) or intermittent (it goes to a different wrong input each time)?
If you're sure that you've listed the inputs correctly and answered the setup questions correctly and increased all the delays and it's still not working - call support.

One other suggestion is to increment through the inputs manually using the original remote or whatever key advances the input selection in device mode on the 880. Do this to determine what length of time it takes to properly advance from one input to the next. On my tv it would avance fairly quickly through all inputs until it got to the TV antenna input. This one required more delay than all the rest . Mine ended up requiring 2 seconds for that delay. Use the results of this test to increase the "input delay" time to the amount you determined was needed.
Mine also worked fine most of the time except occasionally after first powering up. I needed to increase the "power on" delay to nearly 4 seconds to make that reliable.
Good luck, Ela

Hi, I'm in the same boat as you but the problem is not the delay time.
It is because how BENQ cycle the input. We need to press the input button to bring up the input menu (current input is display) and then if you press the button again, it will cycle to the next input.
I just spent the whole night and fiinally figure how to get around this.. you need to add a dummy input after PC and DVI to act like the first press to bring up the menu.
example.
tv av1 av2 av3 component 1 component 2 pc dummy dvi dummy
i only use pc and dvi.. and now i can go between them perfectly now.. I did set the input delay to 200.
hope that help you.

There is an option in the "Adjust inputs" setup to do this without the dummy inputs(My AE700 projector works the same way).
Select "I press a button to bring up an on-screen menu of inputs, a button to cycle between them, and a button to select the input I want"
Select "Inputnext" as the command to bring up the list of inputs.
Select "Inputnext" as the command to cycle through inputs.
Select"-None-" as the command to select the input.

I have tried that option before and it did not work for me. That would only work if you are only cycling between 2 options. inputnext would bring up the menu and inputnext would get you to the next cycle, but what if you need to go to the 2 cycle, it would then send another inputnext inputnext and you will be at the 3rd cycle. that how mine was working and it didn't work for me.

It should work just fine(it does for me)
Are you sure you selected the "menu of inputs" option?
The first command it sends is the "bring up input list command" which in this case you select as "Inputnext". It will only send this command once, no matter how many inputs you are cycling through.
It will then send the appropriate number of "menu selection down" commands(in this case "Inputnext" again) to highlight the required input in the list(or cycle through the inputs in this case).
The "Select this input" command does nothing, as no command is set.
The description of the method doesn't match, but it definately does work in practice.
In your case though, you have it working so I wouldn't bother changing it...it might help others out though, or you if you eventually use another input!
