Logitech has got to have the worst customer support I have ever encountered!!! After being on hold for 45 minutes I finally get thru!! After explaining that my 3 month old logitech 676 remote suddenedy died the support person had me go thru a bunch of meaningless processes to come to the same realization , " The Remote is Defective" All this was fine but instead of issueing a RMA I'm put back in the hold queue because I must now talk to Tier 2 support. So back on hold for another 45 minutes and finally someone picks up the phone and guess what, let's try all the same things again!! Same result "You've got a bad remote!! Back on hold for 5 minutes only to be told the good news !! He had permission to submit my incident number to Warranty claims and I should get an email from them by Wednesday of next week, today is Saturday!! he them replied if I don't get and email call back!!! People may love the remotes but I will NEVER, NEVER buy another Logitech product!! What a trashy company!!
