Hi All,
I own a 659 working fine. My wife bought a 880 and I can install the Harmony Software and get my PC to recognize the remote as an HID, but it is never recognized by the Harmony remote software.
I have installed and uninstalled the HID device from within WinXP Device Manager several times. Each time WinXP recognizes the device, but not Harmony software.
Any ideas?

OK - Uninstalled and re-installed all Harmony software and miraculously it works ok.
