Is it possible to get them to work together someway?

Waveman light controller use the freq: 433.92Mhz

Only if the Waveman supports Z wave protocol. RF devices are prevented by law from using the same frequency to avoid unintentional interference, so the Harmony couldn't use the Waveman frequency even if it wanted to. I assume Z wave uses a single dedicated frequency with some command language on top of it to allow one RF device to directly control another.

i does not use the z wave protocol. The RF frequency the H895 can control is 908.42 MHz.

The 895 can't control any RF devices that don't use Z wave protocol. The RF communication is between the remote and the base units only.
