Does anyone know if it is possible to program the Harmony 880 to automatically open the DVD tray when switching to "Watch a DVD" activity? I would like the tray to open automatically whenever I switch to this activity.

Sure - you can add commands to the beginning of the activity. Just add the open/close button to the beginning of the Watch DVD activity. You may have to rerun the activity setup wizard.

Do you know where to add the commands? The website programming can be so confusing!

At the end of the activity setup wizard, you'll get a choice that says something like "This is correct, but I want to add more settings". You'll find the interface to add commands to the beginning of an activity in there.
