Hello all,
I am new to this forum, since I just recieved my first Harmony Remote. I purchased the 676 from Newegg, and for only $99. I just went through the setup and I noticed that my "Prev" button is not working. Can anybody help me with fixing it? This is my first universal remote controller and am in need of some help on where to start.
thanks

Jim

First figure out if it's the command or the button mapping. Go into Device mode (Device button), select the device for which 'prev' is not working and go through the commands on the LCD, trying each one until you find one that does the prev command correctly. Then go into each activity under button customization and make sure that command is mapped to the proper button. If you don't find one that works then learn it from the original remote, then assign it to the right button.

Thanks for the help. I got it figured out, everything is setup and working fine. What a great product. The wife already has it figured out and loves it also...
