How can I get my custom commands on the LCD screen on my 659 in the order that I want? No matter how I try to put them in order on the custom button screen, most of the commands I use end up on the second page on the LCD? Any suggestions

Custom commands in the LCD screen are re-grouped by device priority. The device in the left column has top priority. The next device (in the next column from left to right) has 2nd priority and so on. If you need a command from a lower priority device to be grouped with the ones from a top priority device, simply add a "bogus" (a do nothing) command in the top priority column along the same row (line). Note: In the LCD custom command area, there is another restriction: A command name can only be used once per column. This restriction only applies within the "custom command LCD area". Workaround: Teach the command under a slightly different name.
