How many characters (generally speaking) can the LCD screen show for each activity.
In other words, how much detail can you display for each of the soft buttons. Can you display 2 lines of text?
What are some examples people have without letters getting cutoff.
I might want "Satellite on TV" or "Satellite on Projector".
I am interested in the 659 and 680 specifically.

The LCD screen uses proportional font. For activity title which uses an entire line you can display about 19 characters (including spaces). However, for command label names, which are side by side, you can display about 8 characters.
