Hi all,
I wonder me if i'm stupid or what.
My client is always blank : just an empty window (no menus, no text, no fields, no buttons, nothing). I've tried on 2 computers : same view.
Should i do all the configuration through Logitech's web pages ? It's weird.
My config : Win XP home, SP2
And if anyone can help me before i return the remote controller : with only 5 devices, the systems (web-based) says me i'm out of memory to run the update. Far away from 12...

That's normal. You configure over the website and then the Harmony client opens the file that the website sends and then sends it to the remote. That's all it really does (other than facilitating the catpure of IR commands from the remote).
