i'm having difficulty tweaking my 659 - when i switch activities the video input doesn't always switch properly - i've tweaked the Power On Delay (300ms), Inter-key Delay (100), input Delay (100), and Inter-Device Delay (200) of my a/v receiver -

any suggestions which one i need to focus on??

Assuming that pressing Help and following the prompts actually fixes the sync issue, the culprit is the Inter-Device Delay. The Inter-Device delay is the amount of time a device needs to recover from seeing commands it doesn't understand (those bound for other devices) before being ready to receive commands it does understand. Change your Inter-Device delay (for the device that is having trouble getting to the right input) to 500 or even 1000 and see if that helps. If it does, you can try dialing it down by 100ms increments until you land on a value that is as fast as possible without introducing inconsistent behavior.

Also, for most devices, that power on delay and input delay are a little short. If you have the reciever set up to flip through inputs until it gets where it needs to go, you may be having problems with your input delay.
