Have had my 688 for a year and I am quite satisfied, but have always had the following issue. Whenever I turn my system on the television is always set to a volume level of 31. I do not have this problem if I turn the television on and off with the factory remote. I am not able to find any place to change a default volume level when it turns the television on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Relearn the power command from the original remote. The Harmony is sending a different command to power on the TV.
