I setup an activity to listen to my favorite Directv music channels and have a problem. Setup was fine and the Directv receiver switches to the proper channel but it immediately enters a "Select", center cursor key press, causing the receiver to jump to the Music Choice menu, leaving me with another key press of "Listen Now", "Showing" or "Done". That doesn't sound like a big deal but I want to run this with the TV off.
Tried to contact Harmony via email and phone. Neither worked.
Anyone have a suggestion for a new user? I already played with timings, deleted the activity and re-added it. No change.

Under you Directv device "More Options" > "Advanced setup", check how you setup the "How do you select channels with your original remote?" My guest is that it's setup to "Number(s) and then enter (or select)". If your device does not need "enter (or select)", then choose a different option (Two Numbers, Three Numbers, Number(s) Only). If your device needs "enter (or select)" then check that the "enter (or select)" command is working properly (test it under device mode).

Absolutely! I guess I would have found it sooner or later.
Thanks jlet. I hadn't poked through that setup option yet. It works perfectly. Much appreciated.
By the way, I'm really appreciating this remote and am glad I returned the TSU3000 Pronto last week.
I've read the stories about the cradle problems, the poor IR signal/pattern and the poor key layout. Frankly, I've experienced none of that. A slight jiggle on the cradle gets it going, I can point it BEHIND my seating position and it still works and I love the keys and key layout. The slight raised areas are great and I find the keys positioned better than any other remote I've used (and, like most visitors here, I've used a bunch). I bisic setup took less than 30 minutes and it worked flawlessly.
