Has anyone discovered if the low memory bug on the 525 wich prevents from being able to add more than 6 devices is really a firmware bug like the support said or if it's simply because the remote hasn't enough memory? I was going to buy one but I've a complex (at least for me) home theater and I fear the memory won't be enough... the problem is that I don't like remotes with colour display or the 6xx shape, so the 520 is the only option.

My system has:
Pioneer Amp
LG plasma
LG Dvd Player
Wharfedale SW250 sub (with his own remote)
Digiquest digital terrestrial receiver
XBox
Samsung VCR

The remote has 512k of memory IIRC, and that should be enough for more than 6 devices. What really took space on the 6XX's was the program guide.

So basically it should be able to control 12 device as promised... but then why it gives error if you try to load more than 6 or 7 devices?

I think it's a bug - there was another thread on this a while back.
