1. What's PG - and + for
2. why can't we program the "media" key. I don't really get what it does anyway, but it is such a key spot on the remote.
3. when I "Watch TV" it starts the MOXI option- usually to buy a movie- instead of just turning on the TV.
4. I cannot get it to startup with one of my favorite channels- an option that does not work.
5. Can you turn glow off all together?
6. The "+" button?

Thank you in advance,
WLB

1) For Page Up/Down used by some Cable and/or Satellite boxes.

2) The "Media" key is not programmable. It is used in conjunction with TV channel media listing (Activity > "Setup TV Content") and/or CD/DVD Jukebox Media Listings (Device > Setup Media).

3) Check your activity setup. What is a "MOXI" option?

4) Check the "Choose the channel that you wish to see when you turn on the television" at the bottom of the "Setup TV Content" for that activity. This problem may also be related to item 3 above.

5) Yes you can turn glow off all together. On your home page top left, click "My Remote Preferences", select "Change Options" (global options), and chose "None" for the "Glow Setup".

6) You can map any unused key (including the +* key) to any command you want under device (Customize the Device, Sound, and Picture commands for this device) and/or activity (Change the behavior of buttons).

Thank you- huge help.
what I meant by "MOXI" Option is:
with the original remote- when you turn on the TV-You are watching "Live TV"
Then when you press "MOXI" button- it goes into moxi window where you can navigate what shows to tape, buy, games, setup etc. I wish it would default to Live TV and a channel of my choice. I can't quite get there. Will keep trying.

If you are sure that you did not add the "MOXI" command to the Watch TV activity nor the TV device, then it sounds like the "MOXI" command is imbedded in the power or input selection command. Check your TV device Power and Input settings. Make a note of the command names used. Then bring your Harmony in front of your TV, press the "device" button, select the TV and try these power and input selection commands (noted earlier) to see which one is sending the "MOXI" command. Once you have found the culprit command, then teach it the proper command (using your original remote).

Alternatively, run through the advanced activity wizard and add a command to go to Live TV to the beginning of the activity.

Both good ideas. I think I found the problem... I had to add Watch TV in addition to Watch PVR. Now it starts on my (my wife's) favorite channel. All is well now. Thanks,
