Here is the link for the one I have used:

"Logitech Customer Support" <[email protected]>

It may be a US based support email but they should be able to redirect you if need be to the European based support system (if it exists).

Good Luck

Hopefully, they are in the middle of updating their webservers and email address rather than shutting down operations! That email address worked for me in the past. Then again, the last support request I sent (about 3 weeks ago) was never responded to. Harmony used to be far more responsive to email support than they have been recently. Perhaps they've been getting swamped with support emails so they pulled the plug on that address.

The contact info above is not correct or out of date. Where did you find it?

When you log in as a member, go to Support -> FAQ -> "Support Hours and Contact Numbers".

The toll free number for Denmark is 00 900 2911 5055.
Support hours:
Monday through Friday 14:00 - 03:00
and Saturday & Sunday 15:00 - 22:30 GMT

Hope that helps,
RideGuy

I sent one about 6 weeks ago and got a response after 48 hours. Sent another one a week later and never got a response.

I have called once and was able to get help that way.

Here in Australia I waited 19 days for email; support finished up after about 40 goes fixed it myself. Before that support was usually within 24/48 hours.

Hi,
I life in germany and I had an issue with one of my two harmony remotes 3 weeks ago, I sent them an email with several discretes which I would like to have added to one of my devices. I got an automatic reply that I should expect an answer within 24 hours. I gave them 7 days without any reply. So I called them. From germany you have a toll free number and if you have some time you will get through. The people are very polite and helpfull, so I told him my story and that I'm waiting since 7 days. The harmony guy told me that they have about 1800 email requests that are waiting, but he made a search for my email, found it at last and promised me, that it would be done within 24 hours. I called on friday so I waited until sunday and then I called again. They promised me to do it until monday and it was really fixed on monday. This is the email address I use: [email protected]
I think the problem is that they are bombed with email requests. I think you should try to call. One time when I called the guy asked for my phone number to give me a call back in case we were interrupted. So maybe this is option to ask to call you back if there isn't a toll free number from denmark.
Regards Hermann
