either does my spouse ...all I can say is its like old people who cant hear in a crowded room ...you can but they cant...I believe it's because the speakers are all around the room.
.Anyway I tried the speaker toggle at the beginning and end and it did not work....I would like to know how he resolved the problem

Its technically off-topic but the right solution for this might be some noise cancelling headphones (hopefully IR or RF) for you.
