If nostalgia is your thing, try 1164 Morning Glory Circle.
(N.B. Brasso is good for removing scratches on CD's. Just remember to go across the disc and not round it).

The 1168 group may have special rules, but if they do, I can't find them.
(Not tried it on dvd's. Perhaps you'd care to and drop us some feedback).
