I could live without...

...Bendy straws. Neat, but to they really don't help me in any way.

..."Been there. Done That" - I could live my life without having somebody say that. Especially in an on line forum.
Why do I care that some looser spends his every waking hour becoming a "master" of the on line world. I guess I'm supposed to be really impressed, but I'm not.

...Threads with one letter topics, and the people who make them.

...Thread purging... Think about that.

People who continuously drive in the passing lane parallel to the car in the right lane, thereby blocking all who want to pass that idiot.

...The Empire of Bose.

...Traffic that's backed up for miles in the middle of the day in the middle of nowhere. I can handle it at 8am and 4pm, but 1:15pm?? The gas is on the right people!.

...those 17 extra packs of sugar and 11 creamers that I didn't ask for when i get a coffee at the drive through.

Alan, Thanks for the acknowledgment. Very gallant of you.
Needless to say. It's of precious little consequence to me that Starfish can live without me. While he has "quickly" risen in the ranks.. ( where is MrK?) He has succeeded in becoming as annoying as some people take weeks and months to achieve. I'm sure he is a hero for this in the hearts and mind of idiots the whole world round.

As a restauranteur, I could live without customers requesting:

"Take this sandwich back to the kitchen and have it cut in half."
or
"Can I have extra chicken on my pasta instead of the mushrooms?"
or
"Please I don't want the onions, green peppers or mushrooms on my PhillySteak Sub". (later): "Oh, this sandwich is real skimpy."
or
"On this Pizza, can I get it without the crust?"

"On this Pizza, can I get it without the crust?"

what?........the crust is the best part!
success at working in a restaurant is being able to hold your tongue until you are in the back room.
i would imagine owning one is having the ability to vent with a smile, while still out on the floor.

I'm sure he is a hero for this in the hearts and mind of idiots the whole world round.

not yet, but i'm working on it.........i have a good teacher in you, jay.

Should we all relish the day we can be an angry old man?

only when we become as angry and old as you, jay........once again, you are my mentor.

Starfish - You bring expelled moisture to my optic organ.

And I mean that with all my blood circulator.

...Dueling banjos.

...Of course I say that now, but every time it gets into the fast part of the song and I see hillbillies running 'round hootin' and shootin' I get all giddy and start square dancin'.

...In retrospect... Perhaps this is the very reason WHY I can live without dueling banjos?

I could live with out dumb costumers.

Went up to a table. And said "Good morning. Can I get you any juice or coffee to drink?"

All four of them said "no thanks we don't want anything right now"

"Ok so nothing to drink?"

As I started to walk away.....

"Excuse me sir, may we have some coffee and OJ please?"

"I just asked each one of you that, and all of you said "no thanks" But now you do want something to drink?"

Not to be racist here at all.... But

I could live with out the majorty of black people taking 30 packs of sugar for their 2 cups of coffee.

Yes other people do as well, but we when get a bus load of black people, our sugar is gone for most of the time.

Again I am not tring to be racist here.
Im sure that Ken, or anyone who works at a restrant would agree with me on this one.
