I just noticed that sometime earlier this week the Custom Installers' Lounge has finally surpassed the Philips Pronto Classic forum for the one with the most posts... although the Pronto still wins out on most threads.

Third in posts and eighteenth in threads.

T.W.A.T. certainly helps this forum's rank among posts.

I don't have any hard data, but if I'm noticing correctly, the CI Lounge is the fastest growing forum (two years ago it had less threads than the HDTV forum I think).

The CI Lounge wasn't grouped in the way it is now. The CI's now feel that they are being segregated properly from us ferreners... (spelling intended).

And so they should. It's THEIR LOUNGE!

;-)

Edit: Not to mention that some of the Intermission Forum-type threads exist there too!

Have you tried the Binford 6100? It's incredible.

Ya gotta be joking. The Binford 6100 sucks big time! You need a Canjeep 6299. It's faster, lighter and cheaper.

But the quality is dreadful and it looks like s**t!

. . .

. . . although the Pronto still wins out on most threads.

I need help!

How do you make buttons?

Has anyone got codes for . . . ?

Any that's what make them so damn successful... people can speak rather freely. And feel comfortable asking the most basic of questions.

It would be pretty damn quiet on these boards if people only came to get tough work done.

Hell, I wouldn't have made a post for the last 5 years or so!

It's friendly. Anybody that get way out of line gets pounced.

What more could one ask for?

Thank You Daniel

Should I start with her name? Or just that she's a living, breathing woman?

You're agreeing with Jay? I disagree with him just because I agree with him so much.

Exactly... if it wasn't for the "I NEED EVERY....blah blah blah" and the slew of "crock of crap" threads, they'd still be far behind.

The "Crock of Crap" forum... obviously in the Custom Installation World area!!!
