Can someone please tell me which remote I need. I want a remote that can control my A/V devices and my ceiling fan that uses an RF signal of 303.875MHZ. Any help would be great.

None, RF universal remotes only know one RF frequency, their own.

do you just want to turn the fan on and off ?or do you require more functionality ?
if basic on off and control of your hi fi you could look at X10 module for power on off for the fan and a X10 universal remote to control yourAV
