I'm having a New year party at my house,
It's a Tarts and Vicars themed party with prizes for best dressed.
Guest ages from 18 to a hip 76 year old
Early on im putting on karaoke.but later a Disco.
my question is what songs would you choose for a new year party for guests of this age range ,i know what i like but i want to make everyone happy.
so what tunes can you not live without when you party?

EVERY party needs at least one play of "who let the dogs out". If only to drive off those not truly serious enough about partying! :-)

How could you have a party without Kid Rock's 'Cowboy'?
Every day is a good day.......some are just better than others!

Don't know about "live wthout". Usually play though - Devil Woman, Wired for Sound

So, I can safely assume that the plane tickets and cab fare you're sending me are one way then? I could live with that. Hope you have an extra room in your flat where I could crash for a little while - oh say till May. ;)

I'm sorry, but even I draw the line at travelling all the way to Manchester (assuming we don't get the wrong snow on the lines) dressed as a tart. What do think this is - "Little Britain?"

Yep and proud of it....goes back to the Shadows era too!

Some of his stuff is good for mixed age parties - especially karaoke - every one seems to have fun doing a Cliff version. Also most people will get up grab a partner for Wired for Sound
