Help!!!
My Xantech Dragon Drop software will not accept the "DOWN" input from either the Hunter Douglas remote, or the universal remote that I also have it programed in. I have down loaded the hex code from this site, but the "Down" command does not get transmitted through the system. When I use the Universal Remote programed with the down command through the Xantech system, it works just fine. Any Ideas???

I assume that the Xantech can translate Pronto Hex?

Try these instead. The Pronto hex in the file here at RC is 15 repeats of a 5-bit command and the Xantech is probably getting confused since it appears to be a very long command.

Device Code: 1 Function: 1-Up
0000 0063 0000 0005 006F 006F 002C 002C 002C 006F 002C 002C 002C 006F

Device Code: 1 Function: 2-Down
0000 0063 0000 0005 006F 006F 002C 002C 002C 006F 002C 006F 002C 002C

Thanks Jon, Ill give it a try.
I found that if I lean the up/down DIRECTLY to the remote it works (vs through edit program) BUT - when I upload to edit program from 3000, then download back to 3000 codes don't work again!

Ill try the HEX.
