There are a few different command sets used by Grundig (RIP, good German brand).
First try this one, and report back.

Try a remote for a philips TV RC5 with system/device = 0, i.e. UEI 0556.

Can this possibly do the job? We can read out the signals and transform to irplus format, if required.

Hello well bad news the tp380/96 link you gave me is another remote my remote doesn’t even look like modern remotes it’s basically a big chunk of plastic that only has like less than 25 buttons and takes a 9 volt battery
And right now this remote is considered vintage here’s the link to my remote [Link: radiomuseum.org]

And also I figured out that my remote uses a ic called “Motorola mc14497p”

What matters is the signal it sends, not if it looks clunky or not. It may send the right signals despite of not looking ancient. Try ordering it and try it; if working, "learn" it and use with your irplus. Depending on the laws in your country, you may be able to return it, even if it is working.
