Hello, I'm a custom installer using URC's Total Control editor with a reliable MX780. The client requests that I integrate their little Bestisan soundbar into the mx780. I have nothing against this unknown brand, I just can't get the MX780 to learn from the original remote. The handshake between the laptop running CCP and the MX780 is solid and testable through other components. Both remotes have brand new batteries. I have made a learning "cave" to block any incidental ir noise. The learn program consistently logs "learn ok" but no response when tested. And of course it's not in the ir database.

Does anyone have any ideas? or, longshot, the hex codes for a Bestisan S6520 Soundbar?

It's an $80 sound bar, it's probably not using industry standard IR control protocols.

Pretty sure the last 2 before Red were just spammers digging up old threads.
